This place was owned By EEt & Louis (Aussie) but is managed since July 2008 by Lance (UK). It's on Phalochai rd. is west of Chayangkun rd., after Tohsang hotel and the Ubon prison. Internet, darts, and a pool table (20 baht per game) is there.
Food is only available on weekends at the moment.

Ubon Ratchathani (Thai: อุบลราชธานี) is one of the largest province in Isaan (Northeastern of Thailand) and the country's easternmost. The name Ubon Ratchathani means "Lotus City".

The place is dirty, hot and with nothing to write home about. It reminds me more of a run down bar in Patong.
The only good thing about the place is the Net-working, that can be done, and Lance's wife, (Very nice), but thats about it and I would not recommend the place at all.
Nice place to hang out.
