My wife, my son and I ordered 3 different steaks together with beers and ice-tea. The staff asked how we wanted our steak, and we all said medium.
After 20 minutes the staff served us 3 steaks.
We started to wonder if we got the right steak and called the staff who pointed out how we should switch the plates. They didnt even bother to put them in the right spot when serving.
Next thing was that one steak was raw, next was medium and the third over-well-done. So why ask the customer?
We also had to remind the water that they forgot our beer.
When adressing the waiter she ignored us cause she was unsecure of her english abilities.
All in all it was a big dissapointment. With the interior, name and prices they signal european style, but the staff cant back it up.
