This place is owned By EEt & Louis (Aussie) but now managed since July 2008 by Lance. It's on Phalochai rd. is west of Chayangkun rd., pass Tohsang hotel, Ubon prison, 200 meters after the big rooster on the opposite side. They have a new pool table (July 2008)

Can be found on Chayakoon road opposite of Kasikorn Bank. People are quite friendly there and the staff can speak English. The band plays a mix of Thai and Western songs.

One of my favorite bar where the upscale locals go. This is the club where those with money and the college girls go, and you won't find many foreigners.. You must go before 10 pm to find a table. They have live music (always loud in Thailand) but the band is normally very good. It's not a cheap bar but the ambiance is quite nice. U-bar has also a branch in Khon Kaen (near Sofitel) and in Nakhorn Ratchasima (Near Pegasus Hotel). And they have a website. Click here.

Ubon’s biggest night club/disco is in the basement of Ubon International Hotel(Nevada Grand) . Open from 9 pm to 2 am.
